VIAIR’s Constant Duty Onboard Air System is a pre-packaged compressed air solution that provides a 100% duty cycle compressors, a 2.5 gallon air tank, and all components needed to install a working system capable of inflating tires.
Please Note: Pressure Switch w/Relay (PNs 90110, 90111, 90113, 90118) is not a sealed unit and should be installed in an area protected from the elements to prevent damage and/or failure.
Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8″ is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs. Recommended torque for 1/4″ and 3/8″ is 12 ~ 15 ft. lbs.

Overview
Constant Duty prioritises sustained compressor operation over outright free-airflow output. VIAIR’s 450C is rated for 100% duty at 100 PSI, making this system a strong choice for regular vehicle tyre inflation and repeat pneumatic tasks within its operating envelope. It combines the compressor with a 2.5-gallon air tank, dashboard controls, pressure switching and a coiled inflation hose. The duty-cycle figure is specific to the quoted test pressure and should not be interpreted as unrestricted continuous running under every condition.
