VIAIR’s Heavy Duty Onboard Air System is a pre-packaged compressed air solution that provides a faster 33% duty cycle 400C compressor, 2.5 gallon air tank, and all components needed to install a working system capable of inflating tires right out of the box.
Please Note: Pressure Switch w/Relay (PNs 90110, 90111, 90113, 90118) is not a sealed unit and should be installed in an area protected from the elements to prevent damage and/or failure.
Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8″ is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs. Recommended torque for 1/4″ and 3/8″ is 12 ~ 15 ft. lbs.

Overview
Heavy Duty builds on the same practical tank-based layout with a higher-output 400C compressor. The 2.5-gallon reservoir supports the system between automatic cut-in and cut-out pressures, while the supplied tyre-inflation equipment makes it attractive for suitable off-road vehicles. Free airflow of 2.62 CFM is measured at 0 PSI; delivery falls as operating pressure rises. The 33% duty cycle is rated at 100 PSI, so planned running and cooling periods remain important during extended use.
