Quarter Duty Cycle Onboard Air System is a smaller, 120 psi onboard air system, suitable for many pneumatic needs, including smaller inflation tasks (not including the inflation of automotive tires), air horns and more. The 25% Duty Cycle Onboard Air System will provide enough service time to operate for about 10 minutes of continued use, providing you give the system 30 minutes to cool down afterwards.
Please Note: Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8″ is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs. Recommended torque for 1/4″ and 3/8″ is 12 ~ 15 ft. lbs.

Overview
Quarter Duty provides more stored-air capacity than the Ultra-Light system while retaining a compact, straightforward design. The supplied 275C compressor charges the two-gallon reservoir and operates automatically through the 90/120 PSI pressure switch. It suits intermittent pneumatic loads such as air horns and compatible accessories. VIAIR specifically excludes automotive tyre inflation as an application, so customers needing repeated tyre inflation should select an appropriate higher-duty system.
