What does this part do?
This 5.0 gallon MOA seamless aluminium air tank is designed for air suspension and onboard air systems, providing a large-capacity air reservoir with lightweight aluminium construction and a clean seamless appearance.
The tank is manufactured using a metal spinning process which closes both ends of the aluminium tube using the base material itself. This removes the need for conventional welded end caps and creates a true seamless construction.
Each threaded port is press formed to provide a long thread engagement surface without creating a sharp edge, burr or unnecessary reduction in the surrounding material thickness.
